Can anyone identify this disease ?

One of my guppys has like white patches of furry/blotchy type cotton, i will put a picture of it on here soon

Does anyone have any idea of what it could be ?

fungus...treat with melafix/pimafix combo or somesort of fungus med like Jungle's fungus clear.

Yes, likely a fungus. I would suggest a fungus specific med rather than melafix or pimafix. You need something more aggressive than those.

you'd be suprised what melafix/pimafix used at the same time will get rid of...melafix on its own is pretty wimpy...but treat with both meds at the same time, and its a powerhouse, and not so hard on the fish.
