great question, ummmm well indian banded gourami's and dwarf gourami's are related........

I would say no to the Golden Gourami it's not related at all.

Now a Blue/Three Spot Gourami and an Opaline gourami can interbreed(Opaline is a hybrid form of blue gourami) same goes for a golden gourami(an albino form of blue gourami)

P.S. I've been dying to get a pair of banded gouramis

Thanks for your reply. The Banded Gourami is great. Nice temperment. No too shy. The drawf is more shyer than my banded. I had a 3 spot blue gourami, but the banded and it didn't get on.
Do you know if the tiger barb and the moss green tiger barb can mate breed together.? Thank again.*celebrate

since the green tiger barb is more than likley a hybrid form of a tiger barb, then i would say it could be done!;)

have any more crossbreeding questions??? lol!:D

I wouldn't put Blue Zebras with Convicts because blue Zebras are African cichlids and Convicts are Central American

And a no no when keeping cichlids is never mix African's with Central or South American cichlids:rolleyes:
