I don't remember seeing that you ever had an ammonia spike in the tank.

If you're unable to resist buying a fish, get one or two small ones, and monitor your ammonia and nitrites for the first week. If you see any reading of ammonia or nitrite that's more than zero, you'll need to do a water change.

remember that even though your cycle may have completed, you want to slowly add fish and monitor your parameters, bc you want to bacteria to be able to keep up with the new bioload

If you think your tank is cycled, you can add 1 small fish and monitor the parameters. Make sure to check for the ammonia and nitrites and keep doing water changes until you're sure everything is good. Remember, only add ONE fish at a time.
