Lost a dwarf platty to ick...poor guy didn't have a chance.
Also lost a fancy guppy. Not sure to what, though. He didn't look like he had ich.
Then my wife said she saw ich on one of our Serpae Tetras this morning and he's gone.
So, I have begun ich treatment with temp increases and salt.
But now, one of the Serpaes looks like he has the "cottony growth" just above the head.
I looked it up on The Planted Tank and it looks like a fungus.
Should I give the ich treatment a day or two first, then get something for the fungus? Or, go ahead and get some fungus treatment and start it ASAP?
I've got one Angel that looks fine, and four Serpaes. One of the four has the greyish cotton on him.
