Candy Striped Pleco?

#1
I decided that my L119 was going to get way too big for my liking, so I rehomed him. Went to the LFS store this evening and saw what was labeled as a candy striped pleco. The people there said he'd get to be about a foot or more long, so I didn't get him. After reading info online, I think I'm starting to regret that decision because most sites say they'll get to be about 4" long. I don't want a huge fish, so about 4" or so would be my limit, but I really liked the looks of this candy striped feller. Would he maybe be what I'm looking for?

They also had a butterfly pleco that I'm looking up now. Can anyone give me any real info on either of these (ie: experience)?

Thank you all so much!

I've read that candy stripes stay small, too. Make sure that it is really the same pleco though, because sometimes they stick other common names on different plecos. It could just be a pleco that has patterning sort of like a candy stripe but isn't really one, and will indeed grow up to a foot long.
