For my 30 gal. brackish tank, I would like to use my HOB filter along with a canister filter to improve filtration, but what canister filter? I've been looking at a few, and came up with these:

Eheim Professional Series 2222:

Fluval 205:
http://www.bigalsonline.com/catalog/product.xml?product_id=35997;category_id=1711;pcid1=2885;pcid2=

Eheim Ecco Comfort:

Anyone have any experience with these? If so, do you like them? Are they quiet? Any other suggestions on filters would be appreciated ;)

Well when I was thinking about getting a canister I asked alot of questions, from the ppl on this forum and in reading alot of posts seeing how many ppl it seemed were happier with the renas than the fluvals...im sure it just depends on what canister you have had good experience with too and rena is my first so I dont have alot of experience behind me to speak about it. I do know that there is another canister way more expensive than the renas that is suppose to be better, the Eheim, but I just know I have been very happy with the renas *thumbsups

Well then, by popular demand, I'm leaning towards the rena XP2 for my 30 gallon. It sounds like they're well liked, and on some other sites, they seem easy to maintain also. :) thanks for all of the input!
