WHAT??? lol

I'm serious. She's got the knack for catching fish. I can stand at a tank for an hour tring and cussing and won't catch the fish I want too, and all she has to do is stick the net in the water and it's like the fish I want will just swim right into the net.

dirty dirty mind you have cinlnk :p

At work, a co-worker of mine uses those hooks from fly fishing and frozen krill. He'll chum the water, and wait for the fish he wants to get close, drop the line, and after a try or two, BOOM! Gets his fish. We jokingly call him wolf, as in the guy named wolf in Pulp Fiction, because he makes you're problems go away. This method works great on cichlids and damselfish, and I've seen it done on a wrasse in a 400 gallon rocky tank where moving stuff wasn't an option at all.

my personal method is to corner the little guys then wildly lunge at them with the net, eventually they will either jump out the top of the tank, meaning and easy pick up from the floor. or they will die, resulting in a motionless easy to catch fish :D j/k

but seriously i've never really had a fish that was that hard o catch, the only problem i had was when my salvini bent the net in half, fatty.

i've caught a fair few danio's in my time, i think its best to do it as quick as possible, while their still under the illusion that an open tank lid means food ;) if you miss this little slot than your doomed :D
