hello all,

here is a couple of pics of my fish enjoying a slice of cucumber i feed them this once a week :) anyone else feed their fish cucumber ??
the snails always start off eating the seeds. then the mollies and gourami eat the centre then the loach likes the skin :)

great choice :)
just dont keep the crab in the community tanks though... it needs access to air, so you can place a tall piece of driftwood that sticks well above the water's surface if you plan on adding the crab to the community..

no no.. dont you remember the 10g plan ?? im making my 10g(uk) 12g(us) into a brackish tank.. the tank will be half full with driftwood.. and im making this really cool 'water fall' with some big rock/pebbles and the water coming from the filter are going to 'trickle down them :):) cant wait !

I used to glue shells to the feeder on my waterfall filters to increase the hardness of tanks. It worked white well actually.

nah, snails/shrimp clean it up after the otos are done with it.
the amount of crushed coral doesn't matter. w/e you can fit in your filter is fine. shells can be just placed along the substrate...
