Cichild Food Types You Use?

hey all, i am just sorta recently gettin back into cichlids and was curious what come good types of cichlid pellets are. I used to use Hikari Cichlid Gold, which i thought was good. Any others you recommend for SA cichlids (jack dempsey)?

I like to give my cichlids a lot of variety. I use Hikari Gold pellets, HBH African Cichlid attack (they also make one called Oscar Grow that would work good for a jack dempsey), Omega One flake food, shrimp pellets, frozen blood worms, and every once in a while i give them some zuccinni or cucumber.

hmm i just picked up some nutrafin max cichlid spurlina pellets, yeh big name, lol

dont have many south americans but for my africans, aquatrol spirulina flakes, omega one african cichlid flakes, new life spectrum medium and large pellet, HBH african cichlid attack, live brines, blood worms, mosquito larvae
