Cichlid ID please

aloha,
I might be receving a Cichlid from a teacher at my school and neither of us are really shure about what kind it is i dont have much information right now, but i will probally add more later what i know so far is that its a yellow Cichlid with black horizontal stripes near the tail i belive she said it was small somewhere from 1" to 2" more info may be added later
Also, will it do well with these fish?
Dwarf gourami
black skirt tetra
harlequin rasbora
common pleco
ghost shrimp

Commonly reffered to as Yellow Labs, they are fairly peacefull, but lets see if this is the right fish before getting into this in detail......

im not shure if that is the exact fish, because i have never seen it myself actually lol
when i told her it might be a yellow lab she said that was it so, im guessing that was it

oh! i forgot, ill be taking because they are getting picked on by one of her larger fish and she dosent want them to get hurt

What size tank are you gonna put it in.

It might nip at the Gourami, eat the shrimp, and might pick at the others. Except the plec.

i could switch the yellow labs out with the dwarf gourami since i dont have any fish in the tank yet since my fishless cycle isnt done yet
