Cichlids and small fish?

Which cichlids can be mixed with small fish in a peaceful community aquarium. I know that Keyhole cichlids,German Blue rams, Bolivian Rams, and Discus get along with them.
But i'm not sure about Laetacara Curviceps or Laetacara Dorsigera
I also don't know if Nannacara Anomala(Goldeneye Dwarf Cichlid) is a good community fish.
I also don't know if Apistos can be housed with smaller tankmates. . Any help would be appreciated thank you .

both curviceps and dorsigera (which i think are prettier) do well in communtiy set-ups.

most people think that apistos can be kept in community set-ups, but i really dont know enough about them to give you some good species, so i will let others chime in.

Kribensis do well in a community tank, but if u have a mated pair they will defend there territory at all costs, but i have a mated pair in a 20 gal and they don't bother any of my other fish.

Fishdude - I'd say all those you list will be ok, even when breeding.

Have fun trying to keep the rams alive I have kept Curviceps and they are very hardy. Dorsigera are almost exactly like curviceps except coloration. But what fish are you putting them in with?

yeah, on that note:

go with boilivian rams, as they are MUCH hardier than german blues...

What about angels? They can be kept with most fish, except neons.

Yes angels specifically hunt out neons and only neons. Neons are all they're interested in , and nothing else.
Except anything that goes in their mouth.
