Ok so for those guys who were helping me with my flashing issue, I think the tank is cycled and flashing is at a minimum. Amm is near 0, Nitrate/Nitrite were both 0. My red zebra, or "Biff" as we call him is back to normal... bullying everyone else in the tank.

Anyway on to the next episode...

I'm still very new to cichlids and unaware of any strange mating dances or territorial exercises. With that said, heres what they are doing. It started with my pleco, I noticed a couple of the africans were nibbling or "cleaning" the skin of my pleco. At first I thought they were attacking him but he allowed them to do it. Now two or three of them are "cleaning" each other. The amusing thing is while they are being cleaned or nibbled on they tend to shiver as if it tickles.

This just started this week, so if its normal then I had no idea cichlids were so hygienically conscious. If this is not normal, then any ideas?
