Cichlids for a 10 or 20gal?

hmm i was just wondering what type of cichlids i could have in a 10gal or a 20. but most likely the 10 cuz the 20 is doing really good and havnt had a fish die in like...a very very long time! and the 10 just has a few fish in it...ive sorta been letting them die off (NOT KILLING THEM) and not adding any new fish because i want something "new" in there. sooo any ideas?

Apistogramma, Rams, African shelldwellers, checkerboards if you can get them....i've even kept and bred convicts in a 10gal before. Really not a lot to choose from for a 10.

i like GBR, could a pair do well in the 10

Yes, though i personally would not keep anything else with them.
