Cleaing a tank so it's safe for fish?

Okay i might be buying a 75 glalon aquarium form a man for 55 dollars... He had a lizard and a snake in it...

I need to know how do i clean it so it's safe for fish?

test it to make sure it holds water first, you may want to scrub it down with a 10 water to 1 bleach solution and rinse well (should not be able to smell bleach), nice size tank, plz dont tell me your sticking boring community tank fish and plants in it, it would be a waste of a good sized tank

yo what is kicking there the waste from the lizard wears away the cilacone. BE SURE THAT IT DOESENT LEAK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
