clean up question

how do i clean under my rocks and how do i clean my rocks themselves? Is it neccesary? How often?

well, on freshwater tanks its a little different but generally what you do is get a siphon going and use the end of the hose or one of those gravel vacs (not sure about one that doesn't suck water...) to stir up the gravel and collect all that gunk...personally, i don't vaccum my sandbed in my reef i rely on starfish, crabs, and snails to keep things clean down there

Sometimes, when i move a rock and some dust fall on another rock, i use a turkey baster and spray gently the rock.
