cloudy water.. <:..[

:-/ after adding some new fish in my 15 gallon tank
i feel like the water is getting cloudy... i added in some pills thats called " clear water!" but it doesn't really work. n i changed 20% of the water. but it still looks cloudy to me... i used to use "yellow light bulb" in my 10 gallon tank ( arr.. the color is warm, not like it is yellow! ) and now i m using a white light.. is that only the "light color" problem?
or more fish will really cloud up water?

TLD, what colour is the cloud?  If it's White, it's a bacteria bloom because the filter is adjusting to the additional fish load.  You don't have to do anything, it will clear up on it's own.

Green, thats algae, and could be a problem.
