can any one tell me why this happens, whenever I move the sand or a peace of little live rock(just move stuff around) it really makes this white cloudiness. Um I put a pic my water, this usally happens everytime I move something around. not the best pics but it can get really thick.

that happens to me every freakin time i do a little water change or scrub algae in my tank--what kind of substrate do you have? i use crushed coral (huge particles) that traps detritus like none other--gonna make the switch to fine sand sometime this summer
