I have the Red Sea CO2 system (RedSeaFish the biosystem one on the right). As always I can only assume that all the equipment I am using is at LEAST 2 years old, so keep that in mind.
I've been using the system just fine, bought a refill for it got it all going and now it just isn't bubbling. I thought maybe some water was trapped in the line or maybe there was some kind of kink, but it doesn't seem to be that. I think it seems to be lacking pressure, but I haven't done anything different compared to the last time. Because when I shake it, the bubbles go insane and when I pinch the hose and let go the bubbles go, but then they stop.
I've thought about doing a new system, but the town fish guy said that it would cost the same amount (minus the initial set up) to redo the system. I had been thinking of getting a giant tank to just refill at the local welding shop and getting glass pieces etc. SO I'm not really going to change the system unless any of you think its possible it may be getting too old? I'm really just not sure...
Any ideas?
