CO2 system

for my new 55gal, I really think I'm gonna try to go the live plants route. I'm a first timer at this so I could use a little advice. I'm gonna get a 130watt lighting system to give me 2.36 watts/gallon. Then I was thinking that I'm prolly gonna need a CO2 system as well. I saw this system: Red Sea CO2 System at my lfs and I have a 30% coupon so do you guys think that it would be a good deal for $100? Just wondering if anyone has had any experience w/ this system.

it comes w/ a dual gauge safety regulator, a high-precision in-line needle valve, a CO2 reactor w/ an adjustable flow water pump, CO2 tubing, and a bubble counter

any thoughts anybody? i'm in the process of slowly buying all the stuff for my tank (i'm a poor college kid). i'm planning on posting a journal when i finally get started. i'm just trying to do the best research i can before i spend all this money and get started. *celebrate
