So OrangeCones has provided the following recipe for DIY CO2 reactor mix:

1/2 cup sugar, 1/8 teaspoon yeast, 3/4 teaspoon baking soda, 2 cups water.
Add the sugar first and add the water at 90degrees (the temperature makes a difference)
Then add the baking soda, stir well.
Then add the yeast, stir well. Cap and leave it alone.
The bubble start for me in about 24-36 hours later.

However, some instructions say to gently shake the mixture for about 2 mins. What say you all? Shaken, or stirred?

Well, 'cause I didn't know such a thing was a good option to include, and I'm asking specifically about CO2 reactor mix anyway. Why, do you want me to include an option about shaking vs. stirring additional fish? ;)
