cold water sw fish for a nano?

Is there a cold or semi tropical fsw fish? I only ask this because my room is very cold and I wont be able to turn the ac off. And I also dont wanna buy a heater. If there isnt any cold water or semi tropical being below 70 degrees, I guess ill haveta buy it lol

If you buy a heater, your life will be much easier... buy the heater is the best advice I can give

go beach seining and keep something native! then you wont need to get a heater, they can tolerate much larger temperature fluctuations than tropicals.

dude....a heater's like, twenty bucks.

cheaper than most SW fish.

buy a heater.

If you don't get a heater, but do get a cold water fish you'll likely end up needing a chiller, much pricier...

not necessarily. my takes stay under 60* even in the summer without a chiller.

How about Catalina Gobies. I seem to remember them being very colorful and semi-tropical from my saltwater days many years ago...

Catalina gobies are semi tropical, but not down into the under 60s range.
