well i came home from college and our black looking comet changed to a wierd gold color my parents have been taking care of the fish i was just wondering why this happened any ideas is this normal or does it have something to do with the food that suposedly makes the fish brighter. or could it be just natural as he/she matures? 
im not sure i mean all the fish seem healthy but i just want to make sure this is normal i kind of liked the black one it was difrent but if this is normal then ill just accept it
right now there inside in a smaller tank which may not be the best for them but there still small and we are trying to get our pond fixed up. our pond is kind of shallow so we were afraid to leave them out all winter but maybe next winter we will have to so then we can get some more permanent residence for our inside aquarium
the one in the front is the one that changed from solid black to a weird shade of orange
