I was wanting to know if i could put some tetras with a few orange chromides.I have a 29 gal. tank. That wouldnt be overstocking would it?

Tetras don't tolerate salt well, and the chromide needs brackish water, so no. I think you could put in some mollies with chromides, though.

You know how to make brackish water? with something like Instant Ocean, and measure the salinity of the water?... Might be a good idea to go read the stickies in the brackish section. Great info there.

Well i said that wrong. im sorry. i have the tetras but not the orange chromide.I saw it and it looked cool so i was just wondering.Thanks for telling me.I really am glad you told me that

can i put them with guppies then,or what is a good fish to make the tank shine with cool colors.Could i get a blue ram?

i really dont know much about the compatibility of rams and tetras, but the blue ram is an awesome fish and as for your overstocking question, and if im wrong ill feel like a loser, rams dont get that big so 29gal would be fine for that amount of fish. unless of course you have like 25 tetras.
