How long , how much rockwork, caves and so on. I think the three leleupi will take up a lot of space, but you might get som juliis in. I'd give fairy cichlids a miss as I've always found them vicious little so and so's, and I hear eretmodus, goby cichlids can be too, but I've never kept them, or calvus, another option.
It's breaking the lake biotope, but if you can get some true bred specimens, a trio of dwarf pea****s? Cyprichromis might be another option if the tank is long rather than high

Id watch out for the leleupi in such a small tank, the males are very harsh on the females and you may quickly find females on the floor that jumped out "for their lives", cyprichromis need a larger tank than that. Those leleupi will really limit you especially when they start breeding so you may just want to leave it like it is now and take out the 1 leleupi whos left out of the pair.

Btw. your 20gal is REAALY overstocked, you got a lot of fish that will outgrow that tank, the black sharks can get 2 ft and RT sharks are pretty agressive, as well as pictus cat getting fairly large and needing a bigger tank.
