well...male cons grow to 6inches, and females 4-5inches i think...so i personally wouldnt do that with cons, allthough matt did...i think cons would be much happier in a 20gal personally. but i think that 2 kribs would be ok in a 10

Well they have what I think are Rock Kribensis. Would they work? I will be going to petsmart to see what cichlids they got since I seen some really healthy ones there(better than the others).

I personaly wouldn't keep any of the fish mentioned here in a 10 gallon for long periods of time. The P. pulcher and convicts would be the only ones I would think OK for a while.

The yellow lab, kenyi and jewel cichlid are not a good idea in a 10 gallon. The mbuna are way to active, and I would think that the jewels would be to aggressive to each other or anything else that might be in the tank. A pair of jewels might work, if they were already a breeding pair before they went into the 10 gallon.

If you want cichlids your better of to get some apistos or some other dwarf species, or most shell dweller species. These would be much better suited to long term life in a 10 gallon with proper maintaince.
