Coral Website??

I just bought a nice rock of Mushrooms but I cant seem to figure out what kind they are and Im curious. I am temp. unable to post pics so I was wondering if anyone knew of any good websites that might help. I have tried vividaquarium.com and liveaquaria.com but I cant find any others. I would appreciate any help. Thanks.

Do you have Borneman's "Coral's?" Its much better than any website IMO

Well I wil describe them and see if anyone can identify them. One is very very small but right now is bright and a reddish color. All of the others are a purplish color with floresent green lines in them (comming from the center all the way out). Any Ideas???

Hard to say without seeing a pic...do they look anything like the green stripped mushrooms in my tank? Click on my web page below and take a look at the pics you will notice them in the pic with the sea squirt and a few others.

The stripes arent that perfect. This is kind of why I ask for a website first. I thought it might be difficult. Thanks for the shot Salty Waters.

Are they anything like this... ie texture, color? Keep in mind that "your" lighting will play a big factor in the color.

Nope. Ive i.d. one as a Red Mushroom. The other looks like the 2 in the circle but mine have more green. Does this help??

those are often called "watermelon mushrooms" but, that said, they are all discosoma sp/actinodiscus sp. so they are all pretty much the same thing, just different colors

COOL!! Thanks Camaro!! Ive got like 6 of them and one Red Mushroom on one rock and I paid $45 for it!! I cant wait till they spread more. Ill get pics as soon as I can!!
