coraline algae

hi my tank just got done cycling and its starting to grow some coraline algae. should i keep it on there or should i scrape it off? any advice would be helpful , this is my first saltwater tank.

Usually when your tank starts, it's pretty cool to have a pink/purple addition in the tank, unless it's on the front glass. Scraping it off will spread it.

how can i get it off without spreadin it?

i personally like the look when the whole back wall is covered... i scrap the front glass and that it, everything else is pretty much covered and IMO thats how a mature tank should look.... ive got a algea scraper with a metal blade that i use to scrape the front glass but if you dont want it on the back or sides you could scrape that too
