lighting depends on the tank size...easy low light corals are mushrooms, zoanthids, and leather corals

8 is not enough. Watts per gallon breaks down completely at smaller tank sizes as over 1 or 2 gallons this would appear adequate, but almost nothing practically possible other than mushrooms will survive this lighting. It simply doesn't have enough intensity.
PowerCompacts are the answer
