One of my panda coreys was swimming in circles, upside down, floating at the top upside down, just nuts yesterday. I was advised he might have swim bladder disease.

Today he's acting fine. If he starts up again, is it OK to treat my whole tank with salt? If so, what's the best way to do that, and will it hurt the other fish?

If I can't help him, what's the kindest (?) way to euthanize a fish? I don't want him to suffer.

Thanks! :(

Sorry, Don't know about the salt, havn't had expierience with that myself.

To euthanize fish i have read that a 20% soln of vodka and water is fairly humane, place the fish in and they will gently fall asleep.
I hope it dosn't come to that though, also if my method is dubious would someone like to correct me or suggest a new one.
