Is it common for cories to be swimming up and down next to the wall?(for most part of the day) and for those of u who saw my other thread. u said that my one oddball cory would get along in the skool with my aeneus cories it doesnt seem like its happening. the 3 of them school but the oddball is always on its own unless if he finds the other if they are still but other than that he is alone:confused:

it is common for them to do the "happy dance" as we have come to call it around here...as for your odd ball, i have always read (and experienced) that they will not school if they are not the same...remember that old sesami street song? ;)

Though my cories (school of pandas and trilineatus) will all hang out with each other, they will sometimes go off by themselves (not in 2 separate schools, but each one exploring on its own). So they don't school all the time. I don't think the loner cory is going to die of depression or anything, but it'd be great to get him buddies of his own kind even if it's only an addition of a couple more. The more the merrier!
