it's time you give you cory the deep freeze.you could try a bath in shallow water with epsom salts but i don't think it will help much

try isolating him, first of all. Then feed him frozen peas. My roommate's goldfish had this same problem because pellets expand when they soak up water. Fish eat them, they can get caught in their swim bladder, expand, and screw up their abilty to swim in the right diretion. I would look up swim bladder diseases, but I have heard that feeding them frozen peas helps them stay upright and can cure the problem. There is a specific way to feed them to fix it, so you really should look it up.

I've lost so many of these albinos in the last three years that after these two I will not buy them ever again. They all go goofy, turn a translucent, pale white, swim into stuff and act like they've got altzheimers or some-such.

You say you have lost a few albinos? Im thinking about getting some, but I might go with pandas if they die easy. Anyway I hope your little fella is alright.

I've bought them in pairs on five different occassions. None have lasted more than a year. I've read that since albinos are a rareity, breeders have to rely on inbreeding to produce so many albinos. This leads to weakening traits. I have green cories over three years old, so I'm confident that explanation is appropriate.
