Cory Eggs

I had some peppered cory eggs all over the glass in the 20g. The ones that were grayish on the inside (fertilized?) were all gone this morning. Are those the fertilized eggs and now they hatched? (They must have gotten eaten.)

White eggs are the unfertilized ones. The eggs will usually take a few days to hatch. I'm guessing someone ate the eggs.

Ah. The marks left on the glass are not the same as the marks where the fish ate the eggs. So I assume that means that the eggs hatched (they were there since at least monday) and someone ate the fry. Thanks.

that is pretty neat to have had them though!, maybe next time you will have enough time to remove the culprits and hatch them

Yeah, this is actually the second time. I didn't want any to hatch because I already have three swordtail fry and what would I do with them anyway? I don't have enough place to put them.
