cory melini

i just got 2 cory melini for my 29gl tank...they seem to be really neat fish...very active..they seem to like to swim all around and up and down real fast.....now as far as i know they will eat the left over food at the bottom....is that true...

congrats on the new fish...cories are fun

imo cories need to be fed some kind of sinking food in addition to what they manage to scavenge off the bottom

i throw in some sinking bottom feeder wafers/shrimp pellets every other night after lights out

yeah i have 2 algae eaters also and i put in the algae wafers at times

I have melini too - very nice. They're good scavengers, but I always make sure they get some flake or pellet foods too, and they love frozen bloodworms or shrimp. They're the only cories I have
