cory with one small white dot on top fin, is it ich?

As I was looking at my fish today in my new tank, I noticed that one of my cories has a small white dot that appears on both sides of his top fin. Does that mean its ich? What else could it be? Should I be worried? I do not have another tank for isolation so what should I do if it means its ich?

It could be a mark from another fish depending on what you have in the tank. But keep an eye on it cause it might be ich.

well today i was looking at them for about 15 mins and it seems to have disappeared. I only have zebra danios in with them so i doubt it was them that did it
