I just got a ten gallon tank. I want to put some corys in there but don't know what kind or how many would be right for the tank. I don't think I'm going to put anything else in there but if so probably a few Danios. But I'm leanng towards having just the corys. Thank you!:)

There are many types of corys, they are; Albino corys, bronze corys, Harold Schultzi corys, Panda corys, Neon Orange. The most common ones and the ones your most likely to find in our lfs are the Albino corys and the bronze corys.

Dont forget to get them in a group ranging from 3-6 because they prefer to be together in groups.

Oh I have a tank with danios and corys and it is one crazy tank! So much action at all levels.
My personal favorite corys are pandas, I like albinos, but they get a litte larger.
Maybe you could get 3-4 cories and 5 danios?

Yeah I think they'd love a sand substrate. If you wanted just cories I think you could probably get 5 with no problem. My favorite are the spotted ones...or julii (sp?) They're very cute and I actually have one that looks like he has a mask over his eyes.

I have two in a tank with my danios and everyone gets along well. Since the danios are such pigs I have to make sure and feed the cories enough though.
