could it be dropsy

well i woke up this morning and was looking in on my fish and saw one of my danios sitting on the bottom of the tank i though this was weird cause they all hang in together and she is seprated. upon closer inspection her scales are protruding and she looks like she has a fungus on her. But the thing that bothers me is that they are in with my angles and my angel fish looked on wednesday like she had been injured on her eye so i immediatly started using melafix.its not working now i have a danio with it what could possibly be happening with my tank?

if you see her scales sticking out, it's dropsy.
dropsy is very difficult to cure. you will want to separate her immediately, make sure she has clean water.
try to use maracyn-two. it says it can cure dropsy. however, i seldom see fish recover from dropsy, since usually when you see the scale sticking out, something has gone wrong badly with the fish already.
