cowfish longhorn

hello again, i have another question. (Suprise Suprise), i have some Emerald Mithrax Crabs in my tank, working hard at cleaning my LR, but, whilst out shopping today, the Mrs has seen a cowfish longhorn (boxfish), and because it looks all cute, and followed her finger all round the front of the tank, she has decided it would make a good addition to our tank (obviously not yet).
The question is, if it is ok in with my crabs, because i have heard it can eat them, although it would be around the same size, i'd find it hard to believe, but better ask the experts (you guys and girls) first!

How big is your tank? Im not 100% sure but i dont think that they are reef safe. Cowfish get big

It will indeed eat your crabs.

While they're some of the most adorable fish (while young), they get huge, and need a large tank (100g or so). If you're committed to getting one for a large tank, you'll not be able to keep snails, crabs or shrimp with it. Unfortunately, they're not nearly as cute when they get big, but can be an attractive fish.
