hello again, i have another question. (Suprise Suprise), i have some Emerald Mithrax Crabs in my tank, working hard at cleaning my LR, but, whilst out shopping today, the Mrs has seen a cowfish longhorn (boxfish), and because it looks all cute, and followed her finger all round the front of the tank, she has decided it would make a good addition to our tank (obviously not yet).
The question is, if it is ok in with my crabs, because i have heard it can eat them, although it would be around the same size, i'd find it hard to believe, but better ask the experts (you guys and girls) first!:)
cheers steve

It will indeed eat your crabs.

While they're some of the most adorable fish (while young), they get huge, and need a large tank (100g or so). If you're committed to getting one for a large tank, you'll not be able to keep snails, crabs or shrimp with it. Unfortunately, they're not nearly as cute when they get big, but can be an attractive fish.
