So I've been cycling the tank for what, like 3 or 4 weeks now? (75 gal.) The ammonia came up (yay), but there has been absolutely no sign of nitrites. At all. And now it looks like the nitrates are starting to appear...am I supposed to be worried at the lack of nitrites?
-btw I did a 35% water change a few days ago cuz the ammonia was getting so high and did a little gravel cleaning...though I now realise I should've left the gravel alone. My bad.
