creating live fish food at home

friends i have a question i have baby black mollies but i cant understand that what can i feed them which is good for them and can be made easily at home please tell me something which can be made home and is a healthy meal for my fishes .also please tell me the steps to create that food and how much to give.keep one thing in mind i cant go to the petstore so tell me somethin which can be fully created at home.thanks.

If you can't get to the store to get baby fish food, you could just crush up regular fish food to almost a powder if you have that on hand.
