Hi all, this is my first time on a forum like this but looking very much forward to being part of the community. I am very, very new to marine reef and fishkeeping
but i have had a Red Sea Max starter kit set up now for 3 months and everything seems to be goinig fine but i cant tell . My initial problem is that i hve recently discovered small elogated white creature attached to the back of the tank and in the sump area. They are about a quarter of an in long with an opening at the end and what looks like very small tentacles protruding from the opening they look firmley attached and move gently in the current. My intial thoughts were that they were some form of egg but i can fing no reference or picture of them anywhere. Can anyone help identify these and should i be worried about having them in the tank if so how do i get rid. Your help in this matter would be much appreciated.
