Curiosity got the better of me -what fish?

I've had this little guy for a few months now. The thing is that he was sold to me out of the Neon dwarf gourami tank, along with a bright blue one i have. Curiosity has finally drawn me to ask if thats what he really is. I haven't seen any pics of a neon gourami like this. Is he just another variation?

p.s. I gave him a very quick white background as he was hard to see before, so sorry about it being a bit messy round the edges!

looks like a sunset dwarf gourami to me, very nice looking fish, yes he is the same fish as your bright blue one just a different colour varieity

I agree - and even if its not a sunset - it sure is just some other color variation

A Red Fire Gourami, or so says my LFS.

red fire/ sunset same thing, apart from redfires are more red than the orange sunset type
