cycle question?

started a new tank...ammonia is 0-0.25..nitrite is 0-0.25 and nitrite is 0-0.5 yesterday it was 0 across the board..they're starting to raise. so should i do a water change or wait for them to get higher?

What test kit do you use? I've never seen a kit that can measure nitrate (I'm guessing one of the nitrite readings you mentioned is a nitrate reading) to that degree of accuracy.

What sized tank do you have? Are you doing a fishless or fish-in cycle? If fishless, I'd not do any water changes yet. If fish-in, I'd do one so you do not cause too much damage to the gills of the fish.

my bad i wrote nitrite twice the second nitrite reading is nitrate.. i'm using a fresh water master test kit. it test for nitrite and nitrate....
