Cycle Questions... do these water parameters make sense?

Hi, guys. I added biospira a week ago to my already cycling tank (20 gal 4 serpae teras 8 neon tetras) I did a test and I had nearly 0 ammonia but over 1ppm or nitrites... does this make any sense? does it means my cycle is almost complete?

well it doesn't NOT make sense I guess... (way to use the double negative...sorry its late)

has your nitrite level been higher and is going down...or is it on its way up? If its on its way down (probably not because it usually happens overnight) then you're almost finished. If its on its way up then you need to keep an eye on it and do some more water changes while the tank finishes cycling. Do you have a high nitrAte reading?
