cycle with fish question

In day 19 of cycling tank. Have had the same chemistry levels for 5 consecutive days: Ammonia .50, Nitrites .25, and Nitrates 12.5
Is this normal? I've been doing daily 15-20% water changes with treated water.

Any feedback would be great.....thanks!

YA that seams normal. You will see the Nitrite Rise and the Ammonia Drop in a couple of days. Here is a web Page that should help you .
