Cycling tank w/ inhabitats

Can i add some snails/crabs to my tank that is still cycling?
ps i found some hitchhikers and ill take some pic to help you guys identify them.

Go buy a plastic fish or something to put in. I would highly recommend not putting anything alive in the tank while cycling.

what would be the point of a plastic fish? I just wanted something that would keep my tank cleaner.

I think Joe though you wanted something to watch but if you want something to keep your tank clean get some cured LR and LS and that'd cycle it then a few days later go get a clean up crew

The point being if you want something in there buy a fake fish or some other type of decoration. Your wasting your money while the tank is cycling. Some fish can go through the cycle just fine, but your chancing it. Inverts are a big no no. Save your money and just wait.

if you want something to keep your tank clean you might consider renting a Homo sapien. those stupid Homo erectus are too messy and expensive to feed.

LMAO...... I bought one of those and he won't even touch any part of that tank.....should have tried it out first...you know a test run or something.
