cycling with fish

I read the stickies, but both threads in there are fishless cycling. When cycling with fish, do I still do 25% water changes every week?

If you are going to cycle a tank with fish i know i would be testing my water every day to every couple of days. i'm not for sure the exact numbers on ammoina, nitrite and nitrate that you don't want to exceed but if you cycle with fish your gonna want to watch your tank closely. you may have to do a 25% to 50% water change every couple of days.
