damsels

ive heard that damsels dont do good with other fish but my parents dont listen to me. are there ANY fish that can be with damsels?

depends on tank size somewhat, but other damsels, angels maybe, maybe some clownfish...they are nasty SOBs though and best kept alone imo

i just got rid of some damsels that i had for a couple months, they were aggressive towards each other at first..mostly just nipping, but they got used to each toehr after a while, and didnt cause a ton of trouble with he other fish i put in. I wouldnt recomend them in a comm. tank tho.

i would say maybe 1 damsel in a tank >150 gallons with similarly sized fish might not be a major problem in a community tank/reef
with chromis, you can keep em in schools if the tank is big enough for them (probably 100 or so US gallons)

Damsels are an excellent fish for begginers, however once established they will pick at peaceful fish. They also get kinda big so be wary. I dont recommend them unless you have a big tank with a lot of bigger fish.
