Hi, in one of my 10 gallon tanks I have 3 danios, 1 zebra and 2 blue longfin danios. The fish have been happy and healthy for a few weeks now (since I brought them home). Today when I noticed one of the blue longfin danios is swimming slanted to the right like this \ when just this morning it was fine. What's odd is the fish will not swim to its left and will often spiral downward almost out of control like a plane that's going down. I looked at the fish very closely, both eyes are in tact and physically I don't notice anything wrong except the left side seems a little limp (the fin still moves on the left side but the right one seems to be more active).

Is this a disease or an injury?

Water paremters: ammonia 0, nitrites 0, nitrate 20, ph 7 (where it always is), temp 79 and there's 1 and a half teaspoons of salt in there.

I did a 40% water change and decided since it might be an injury I'd treat with 1 teaspoon of melafix for now (that stuff won't do any harm anyway).

Do you guys have any idea what's wrong with my fishy? :(

Thanks in advance

The fish was lodged into a plant this morning, listless. Thinking it was dead I went and got my net and as I tried to scoop the poor guy out, he jumped out of the plant and went crashing down to the bottom, he seems to be paralyzed now, not moving, I only know it's alive cause it's fins are slightly moving. I don't know what to do, if I should put the poor guy down or let him die naturally, he's obviously suffering greatly :(
