I assume you're talking about brine shrimp eggs. I'm not sure it's possible, given the size.

I would say that you should set up a system that separates them when they hatch. There are several DIY projects that do it a lot better than your previous one. You can also buy a hatching system from the LFS for under $10. Basically they work by having a dark area with salt water and the eggs where the shrimp hatch, a small opening and an area that has light and fresh water where you collect the BBS without the shells.

We bought one, and it works pretty well. You fill the bottom with water, put salt and eggs in. Then put the lid on, then add the collection jar. All you need to do when you feed is take the collection jar off and pour it into your tank.

You have time to find a good DIY system before you breed, so start looking into them :)
