Depressed fish?

My fish keeps hovering in the top corner of the tank and i think he might be depressed. Would there be any reason for this? Please help

Sounds like there is an O2 or water parameter issue. What kid of fish? What else is in the tank? What are the readings for ammonia, Nitrite and Nitrate? What is the temp in the tank?

I had this problem add aquarium salt or stress zyme to reduce this, also look out for any signs of clamped fins because my puffer's did this they stayed in the corner by the heater than without immediate action they died days later hope my advice some what helps
